Noemon Tech Ltd is a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP), registered with and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under licence number 014/24.
The company has been founded and is managed by a team of professionals with decades of experience at prominent international financial institutions.
As a regulated CASP under CySEC, our objective is to offer efficient crypto-asset services to our clients whilst adhering to the highest European standards of regulatory compliance.

Currently offered
RFQ-based exchange between crypto-assets, with Noemon Tech Ltd acting as principal counterparty on every trade.
Administration, holding and safekeeping of crypto-assets and the cryptographic keys that control them, under Noemon Tech Ltd's custody arrangements.
Crypto-asset transfer services on behalf of clients, operated under Noemon Tech Ltd's transfer controls and Travel Rule compliance.
Not currently active
Execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
Reception and transmission of client orders in relation to crypto-assets.
Discretionary portfolio management of crypto-assets.
Investment of crypto-assets without firm commitment.
